Hello!

This is a great post. when I was a child and then as a teenager, I would listen to recordings by artists like Chaka Kahn and Stevie Wonder and marvel at the nuances they puy into their vocal presentations. I would fall in love with a song and sing it over and over until I could duplicate the artist's presentation, but with my voice. Then, I would sing with the record, nuance for nuance, only in harmony. As a result of that practice, I always have a tendency to make the song my own. I try to maintain the essence of the song, yet add a positive prospective. I will place a link to your blog on my blog: www.MeAndMyMicrophone.blogspot.com

I recently made a blog about singing and am delighted to find yours. It is a great resource, so full of all sorts of handy tips. I had singing lessons when I was younger and am very grateful that I did. I read last year in a research document that the happiest and healthiest of all people are members of choirs!
